Is my pet's data private?
Yes. MendPaw has no accounts, no analytics, no ads, and no third-party SDKs. Everything you log stays on your device — we never receive or see it. See the full Privacy Policy for details.
How does syncing between my devices work?
Sync is on the way. MendPaw currently keeps your records on the device where you create them. When optional iCloud sync arrives, it will use your own private iCloud account and Apple's infrastructure, not our servers. Shared caretakers are also on the way.
How do I export my data or make a Vet Report?
Open MendPaw, go to Share, and choose the pet or episode you want to export. MendPaw can create a Vet Report PDF for a veterinarian visit or a Sitter Card PDF to share essential care details with a caretaker or pet-sitter. Exports are created on your device for you to save, print, or share.
Does MendPaw tell me what medicine to give?
No. MendPaw only records the medicine, doses, and times you enter yourself, and can remind you once a wait time you configured has passed. It never calculates or recommends a dose, interval, diagnosis, or treatment. Follow your veterinarian's guidance and the medicine's packaging.
How does AI work in MendPaw?
AI-assisted summaries run on your device. MendPaw never sends your pet's health record to an alplustech server for AI processing. Always verify any summary against the record and your veterinarian's guidance.
I deleted data or lost my device — what can I do?
MendPaw does not keep a copy of your records, so we cannot restore deleted local data. Use the app's export feature to keep your own backup. If you need help with a device setting or export, email us and we'll help troubleshoot.
I have a billing question.
MendPaw is currently free. If you have a question about an App Store transaction, use Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com, since we do not have access to App Store payment records.
